With two decades of yoga experience from London, India and New York,
and teaching in Brighton & Hove, I offer a dynamic approach to teaching yoga to individuals, small and larger groups.
Yoga is suitable for anyone and everyone and can be adapted to all body types.
My aim is to help you find ease, strength and flexibility in your body to enhance
your quality of life.
To streamline the body through yoga has a direct affect on streamlining our food choices.
Running parallel with my passion and experience of yoga is food. Knowing what you eat
and where it comes from is key to eating consciously.
Having set up and run two small food companies over the past decade I now offer a plant-based chef service, catering for wellbeing retreats, privately and for my own workshops and day retreats.
