Hello, my name is Di Dearle

I’ve just re-located to Norwich from Brighton & Hove where I crafted my yoga teaching journey over two decades. A little older and little wiser and filled with gratitude that I’m able to spend my time doing what I love, sharing my knowledge and experience within the community.

 I qualified as yoga teacher in 2010 and continue my commitment with a regular home practice and consistent study and courses to update my knowledge.

In 2024 I qualified as one of the few UK Katonah teachers - a style from New York founded by Nevine Michigan. Katonah blends hatha, chinese medicine and sacred geometry into a magical practical using metaphors that take us from the personal to the universal.
