Yoga Classes

I make a point of going to Diana’s classes whenever I can; finding a yoga teacher who you really trust, who is engaged, absorbing and progressive in their teaching is such a gift. Diana has an intuitive, light touch, a wealthy of experience, and her teaching always seems focussed on the individual, even in a busy class. She has that rare ability to combine serious practice with a sense of humour, so that a class isn’t simply a stretch for the body, it’s a joy for the soul.

Diana is a pleasure to work who and helps us provide nutritionally balanced, beautifully presented and tasty food for our guests.

She designs outstanding gluten, sugar and dairy free menus which everyone loves and she crafts the menus around seasonal food and is able to cater for all food intolerances.

Our guests are nourished and supported by her food as they journey through the retreat.

We particularly love her no cheese chocolate cheesecake, always leaves us wanting more.

She works hard and has a great energy and always delivers something special.

My yoga sessions with Di leave me in a state of complete calmness. She brings a gentle peace to her yoga practice whilst also emanating happiness and warmth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful calmness in their lives.

As an active sports person and mature student,  regular 1-1 yoga with Di
helped alleviate tension and stress in my body as well as mind.
Di’s accessible style offers both challenge and technique to develop a strong yoga practice
whilst keeping it fun and insightful.  As a result of working with Di, I now have a daily
yoga practice - a very worthy investment.

Yin Workshops and Day Retreats

I've been attending weekly classes and regular retreats with Di for the last couple of years. Yin is an amazing addition to my life - it helps me to engage with the present and presence with myself, my spirit, body and breath in the moment. I love Di's teaching style. She makes everything accessible and encourages everyone's acceptance of their state in the moment whilst being hugely informative and knowledgeable. Her comments help to focus my practice and make me smile. She's encouraging, real, present and there's always a salient point or a timely reminder which I appreciate. She's constantly deepening her practice and shares her new learning with us. Inspirational and supportive.
The day retreats are a total treat - a rebooting, rejuvenating experience. Time out, time to reconnect, time to re-engage with oneself. The food is always a delight. You can feel the nourishing, healing properties with every mouthful. And there's super cake too - which we truly earn and appreciate by the end of the day!

I wish she'd do week long retreats!

Partner Yoga

My partner and I were planning a family, and decided to give yoga a try. We were both beginners, but Di took great care to start gently and build up the practices as our abilities grew. A brilliant instructor and a valuable yoga partner.

Senior Yoga

I took yoga lessons with Diana when I lived in West Sussex. This was immediately after having a hip replacement. Since my move back to London three years ago I have continued to follow the instruction pattern I was previously taught.
Not only am I free from previous aches and pains (especially in the shoulders), but there is still no sign that I might need a replacement for my other hip. I was told by the surgeon who operated on me that I would probably need more surgery within five years of the last operation.
