Sedentary lifestyles, poor posture and over use of the lower back can all lead to strain and poor health in the lower back.  80% of people in the world suffer lower back issues at some point in their lives. A third of people in the UK have some kind of back issue, every day

With these facts in mind,  I'm now running 6 and 12 week yoga for lower back health courses.  These courses aim to support anyone with mild or moderate lower back pain.  We cover:

The course encourages positive long-term lifestyle and behavioural changes. It addresses other 'bio-psycho-social' aspects that may be affecting back problems; eg joint and muscle pains, arthritis, stress, mood, anxiety, tention, return to work strategies.
